Frank is the managing partner of McKinsey’s Taipei Office, specializing in helping industry-shaping companies transform holistically in order to significantly increase enterprise value. As co-leader of McKinsey’s Strategy & Corporate Finance Practice in Greater China, he brings deep expertise in corporate and business strategy, M&A, and new business building to drive long-term value creation for clients.
Frank has worked with leading companies around the world on developing and then implementing transformational strategies. He regularly partners with CEOs and CFOs across industries to help them substantially improve shareholder returns by accelerating growth and boosting bottom-line profitability and return on invested capital (ROIC).
Having started his career in New York before moving to Asia, Frank is deeply passionate about helping companies globalize, including helping Asian companies expand their presence to other parts of the world. As the leader of McKinsey’s Taipei Office, Frank carries this passion particularly to companies in Taiwan.
In addition to serving clients, Frank is personally committed to contributing to society. He is the leader of McKinsey Social Responsibility in Greater China and has led pro bono projects such as helping underprivileged students in Taiwan gain access to higher quality educational resources through the use of digital technology. He is also on the Board of CareerVillage.org, a leading education nonprofit that is democratizing access to career advice for underrepresented people.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Frank was an investor in private equity and hedge funds.
