Stefano is a partner at McKinsey’s San José office in Costa Rica and has been with the firm since 2005. He directs McKinsey Technology across Latin America and is a founding leader of the Leap by McKinsey initiative. He is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, and is proficient in both French and German, working across multiple geographies.
