But what I truly enjoy most is getting to know our talented applicants on a personal level, learning about their passions, and motivating them to pursue their dream careers.
My goal is to make the process of joining McKinsey as exciting and seamless as possible. That's why we connect candidates with our colleagues early in the recruiting process so they can start building personal relationships and getting to know us. I take pride in creating a welcoming and positive environment for everyone.
I also have a special place in my heart for working with students. Career counseling is a crucial part of my role, and I find it rewarding to help guide young people on their path and build lasting relationships with them. Sometimes, the strong personal bonds we have formed with our candidates become the decisive factor for them to apply.
