Making an impact
The work we do is both important and exciting, and the people I get to do it with make it fun. I can contribute to making a difference across various companies and industries, impacting them in ways that really motivate me. I love to work closely with clients, and it's rewarding to be a trusted collaborator and make a positive difference in their organization- It's important to me that my work leaves a mark, and it's incredibly motivating to see how our work and collaboration with clients help move people, and through them, organizations themselves.

We achieve amazing things because everyone is committed to tackle the challenge, solve the problem, and find solutions that push boundaries. Our teams always consist of a diverse set of competences, and our different backgrounds and personalities help us bring out the best in each other. Personally, I leverage my creative skills when I create slides aiming to tell strong and impactful stories, effectively communicating complex information to colleagues and clients alike. To thrive in McKinsey, we must all be open and honest, and I have learned the value of speaking up on my personal (work or lifestyle) preferences, and asking for help - no one expects me to have the answer, but they expect me to facilitate the process to find it.
