Despite HR interventions, women, LGBTQ+ employees, people of color, and parents all say they are really struggling

Ninety-six percent of companies rapidly changed their HR policies in response to the pandemic—offering flex time and remote work, for example. But employees are struggling with mental health and a sense of belonging. And diverse employees, especially, are having the hardest time balancing work and home.
