He leads analytics in the DnA (Digital and Analytics) practice in the Spanish Latam region, with extensive experience in Europe, Middle East and the Americas, with deep expertise in building end to end Advanced Analytics transformation programs including, use case development, Center of Excellence (CoE), capabilities building, platform and tech and change management..

- Build and scaled the use case factory for a large banking conglomerate in Latin America, including capabilities building and a data lake/digital platform.
- Supported one of the largest banks in Latin America to define the roadmap of use cases and the capabilities needed (technical and people) to scale analytics.
- Led the fraud and wastage advanced analytics unit for a large insures / payor.
- Supported one of the largest conglomerates in Turkey in defining their advanced analytics use case roadmap, analytics CoE and capabilities, platform, tech and data, and program and change management.
- Led the advanced analytics roadmap for one of the largest payment solution providers in the Middle East and Africa.
- Led the deployment of the cost containment unit for one of the largest insurers in the region.
