Peeyush is the leader of McKinsey’s Private Equity & Principal Investors Practice in India. Since joining the firm, he has worked extensively with financial-services organizations, such as banking, insurance, and asset-management companies, in India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia to help shape their sales-force-stimulation strategies, risk-management practices, and business-unit strategies and to sharpen their operations.

In addition to working with clients in the private sector, Peeyush advises a large state-owned bank on various issues, including productivity improvement, network optimization, capital management, and capability building. He has also led multiple projects surrounding preinvestment diligence and postinvestment portfolio strategy and execution.
