Business in the Community

We collaborated with Business in the Community (BITC) to co-publish a milestone report on workplace well-being, entitled Prioritize People: unlock the value of a thriving workforce. BITC is the United Kingdom’s largest and most influential responsible business network dedicated to building a fairer and greener world together. BITC inspires, engages, and challenges purposeful leaders to take practical action to mobilize their collective strength as a force for good in society. The report, published in April 2023, demonstrates the compelling business case for putting employees at the heart of business strategy and was BITC’s most read report of the year. It also led to 26 companies signing the BITC “Work well commitment", with those companies representing more than 200,000 employees in the United Kingdom. MHI continues to actively collaborate with BITC on thought leadership on employee health and well-being.
