With seasoned professionals from nearly every field, we work across a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, banking, retail, telecommunications, logistics and the public sector. We also bring our implementation expertise to major social initiatives. For example, we helped the state of Punjab, Pakistan to implement a four-year transformation of its schooling system–improving student enrollment, teaching quality and learning outcomes across 60,000 schools covering 10 million children. And we undertook a two-year effort to transform a Middle Eastern country’s technical and vocational education system.

In the Middle East, our implementation experience includes:

helping a national telco revamp its operations and train thousands of staff in customer service and sales, as part of a bold effort expand its coverage across geographies and customer segments.
working to build a new business process outsourcing entity to provide efficient, high quality, low-cost back office support services to commercial banks.
supporting a national oil company with the complete transformation of its work approach and collaboration across departments and teams–including setting up a high-powered project management office.
