Working with teams of outstanding people from diverse backgrounds, you quickly learn to address challenges and unlock opportunities in any area.
Office culture
While all our consultants have a strong record of academic or professional achievement, they come from many different disciplines—not only business and economics but also engineering, medicine, arts, and humanities. There are more than 400 consultants in our Middle East offices. They include citizens of many Middle Eastern countries as well as people from every region of the world. We undertake projects across the Middle East in every major sector, including energy, financial services, telecommunications, retail, real estate, and the public sector. In every engagement, we bring together the best teams, which share a structured problem-solving approach, where all opinions and options are considered, researched, and analysed carefully to come up with recommendations.
Development opportunities
With excellent training programs, a team approach, commitment to mentoring, and a global presence, McKinsey offers you unequalled opportunities to build a network and develop your career. McKinsey invests more than $100 million in training programmes annually. In the Middle East, our Connect training events provide regular opportunities to deepen your consulting skills in areas that interest you most.
Community involvement
McKinsey helps the world’s leading organisations solve complex societal challenges, including those related to health, education, and economic development. Recent initiatives in our Middle East offices include helping develop Saudi Arabia’s ambitious education-to-employment agenda, which aims to create five million new jobs by improving and scaling vocational education and training as well as attracting investment. We have also supported the transformation of the public schooling system in Punjab, Pakistan, helping to improve student enrollment, teaching quality, and learning outcomes across 60,000 schools covering ten million children.
