Samer has more than 15 years of strategy consulting experience advising telecommunications and infrastructure operators, technology organizations, and investors across the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. He has helped lead numerous large-scale client projects spanning corporate and growth strategy, operating model redesign, and due diligence for M&A.
Examples of Samer’s client projects include the following:
- designing corporate strategy, M&A strategy, and operating model for a leading tech company in the Middle East looking to grow three times in size in the coming five years
- leading a commercial transformation for a telecom operator, which led to a 15 percent reduction in churn, stabilization of mobile revenues, and a threefold increase in fiber to the home (FTTH) sales
- led AI strategy for a tech organization including vision and use cases, and enabling plan covering operating model, talent, technology, data and risk
