Eligibility
To be considered for NGWL Asia–Pacific, you must:
- Be based in or have strong ties to the Asia-Pacific region.
- Be a bachelor’s, master’s, PhD, or MBA student graduating no later than 2026 OR a professional with up to eight years of work experience.
To apply, please submit the following by May 1, 2025:
- Resume in English (required). This should include details of your education and grades, work experience, extracurricular activities, and achievements.
- Cover letter (optional, maximum of 250 words). This should describe your motivation to join the program and additional information not included in your resume, e.g., leadership experience, achievements, or personal circumstances explaining your connection to the region.
- Your preferred office location (required). When you apply, you will choose up to three office locations that will review your application (see the list of participating offices below). We advise you to make your choices based on geographic ties (e.g., you have studied or lived in the country). You should also be fluent in the local language.
Participating offices
As part of the application process, you will complete an online digital assessment that will last approximately 110 minutes. This does not require any preparation or prior business knowledge. More details will be shared after submitting your application. Please note that residents of Mainland China and applicants of South Korea are exempt from the digital assessment for this program.
