AD is a senior partner in McKinsey’s Transformation Practice, leading the firm’s work in consumer goods and retail transformations in North America.
He has deep experience driving enterprise-wide transformations to lift the performance of organizations, helping them adapt to changing consumer conditions and increase their resilience to market fluctuations. He partners with clients to execute a range of value-creation efforts, from rapid cost reduction to long-term growth strategy and innovation. In addition, he regularly advises private equity investors on due diligence and portfolio company performance improvement programs.
He is an experienced counselor to CEOs, chief transformation officers (CTOs), boards, and senior executives on strategies to inspire cultural and operational change, create new ways of working, strengthen organizational capabilities, and foster buy-in from across every level of the organization.
AD resides in upstate New York, where he is an active outdoorsperson and supporter of local conservation organizations.
