Alfonso is a partner in McKinsey’s Milan office, leader of the Risk & Resilience Practice for the Mediterranean region, and responsible for the corporate risk and Risk Dynamics initiatives at the European level. With 20 years of experience in the main areas of strategic consulting and risk management, he serves clients operating in Italy and abroad in the banking, infrastructure and transport, telecommunications, and energy sectors.

In addition to his consulting activities, he also disseminates information on a wide range of topics in business risk management, participates in public events, and publishes articles in the international trade press.

Before joining McKinsey in 2007 and after graduating with a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, he began his professional career in consulting, focusing on strategy, risk management, and performance management.
