Amy is the director of McKinsey’s global network of Innovation & Learning Centers. Spanning 12 locations worldwide, the centers enable clients to start, scale, and sustain a holistic operations transformation.

As an accomplished and empowering learning and development leader, Amy inspires clients to build new skills, develop new ways of working, and reach their full potential. She has delivered significant impact across more than 150 capability-building programs, upskilling over 3,000 learners.

Amy pioneered the design and development of the center in Atlanta, a groundbreaking and immersive facility that sets new standards in hands-on learning. Amy also built and launched the first-of-its-kind center in New Jersey, a cutting-edge facility to drive innovation and learning in biopharma.

Prior to joining the firm, Amy worked for two years at Stanford University’s Center for Teaching and Learning and taught at the science exhibit at The Tech Interactive.
