André's engagements span a wide range of topics including enterprise IT architecture, cost optimization, IT cost and performance improvement, digital infrastructure and product-led operating model. He is passionate about supporting clients to become more efficient and reduce the cost and complexity of their technology landscape.

Inside McKinsey, André leads the digital community in McKinsey's Hamburg office where he mentors younger colleagues to get them excited about the possibilities of technology transformations at scale.

He joined McKinsey in Hamburg, where he was elected a partner, and has worked in offices across Europe, Africa, Middle East and Latin America.
