Anna is a partner at McKinsey and a leader within the firm’s consumer and private equity sectors.

Anna has extensive expertise serving consumer companies on commercial growth topics in the consumer health and wellness space, including inorganic and M&A-led growth, channel strategy, portfolio strategy, marketing, sales, and R&D. She leverages consumer and market research to shape and prioritize strategic initiatives with a lens toward true financial impact.

Anna is also a leader of the firm’s consumer work within the private equity space, serving clients across the deal cycle—including market scans, diligences, portfolio strategy, and exit work.

Anna coleads McKinsey’s global research on the Future of Wellness, aimed at better understanding changes in how consumers approach the concept of wellness across fitness, health, nutrition, appearance, sleep, and mindfulness.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Anna worked in financial services for the consumer and retail sector. She holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from University of California, Los Angeles.
