Cassandre is a leader in the McKinsey Strategy & Corporate Finance Practice, M&A Practice, and joint ventures and alliances work. She provides independent corporate finance advice on change of perimeter and partnerships to boards and senior management, focusing on value creation.

She has 15 years’ experience in investment banking, covering large European clients in the energy and industrial sectors.

Cassandre joined McKinsey in June 2018 as an ECEC senior advisor in the London office within the Strategy & Corporate Finance Practice.

Previously, she was a partner at Ondra Partners, a corporate finance and strategy advisory firm with offices in London and Paris. Cassandre also worked in the energy and natural resources M&A team at Lehman Brothers in London. She started her career in 2003 as a trader for J.P. Morgan.

Cassandre graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris, a French engineering school. She holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA in international economics from Sorbonne University.
