Dave is a partner in McKinsey’s Singapore office and leads the firm’s software, cyber, cloud and architecture work in Asia–Pacific and our largest technology deliveries from Build by McKinsey. He works with clients across industries to develop new products and services using the best of modern engineering practices and cloud native technologies.
Some of his recent client work includes the following:
- the development of a new neo-core cloud native banking stack that enables the development of new business banking and retail banking products, and a migration engine that allows the product portfolio to be offloaded from legacy systems
- engineering and architecting a data platform for a financial institution that enables modern distributed data-mesh operating models for teams, greater automation in compliance and financial reporting, and advanced data governance capabilities
- creating a real-time race decision making solution that integrates sensor and machine data and performs live modeling of scenarios
