Fernando leads Leap by McKinsey in the United Kingdom, helping clients launch and scale new digital ventures.
Combining his extensive experience in large digital and analytics transformations with his entrepreneurial background, Fernando supports corporate and start-up clients across industries like banking, travel, retail, venture capital, and private and growth equity.
Fernando has a passion for driving innovation and building fantastic data-driven customer experiences. He draws on his expertise setting up new operating models and building agile, customer-centric teams to launch new business, products, and services to accelerate growth. Fernando also leads our fintech client service across Europe and is part of the McKinsey Digital leadership in the UK that brings design, analytics, product, and engineering capabilities to our clients.
