Leads McKinsey’s Financial Services Practice in France and works with companies across the banking and insurance sectors on their major transformation programs

A partner in McKinsey’s Paris office, Henri is a key member of the banking, insurance, and asset management divisions in Europe.

He devotes most of his time to assignments focusing on the strategy and transformation programs of major French and international companies operating in the banking and insurance sectors.

His main areas of expertise include helping clients with business portfolio management, business strategies, governance, distribution network organization, and economic capital and risk management. He has also supported major transformation plans for financial institutions, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

In addition, Henri is actively involved in McKinsey’s research initiatives in the banking and insurance sectors and coleads McKinsey’s international work on its annual Global Insurance Report.

Before joining McKinsey in 2012, Henri spent seven years as an equity derivatives trader at Société Générale. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris, where he regularly contributes to its development and reputation.
