In recent years, he has advised pharmaceutical and biotech companies, focusing on their innovation strategies, globalization strategies, and corporate-wide transformations.

- developing corporate and innovation strategies (e.g., R&D, CGT) aimed at future growth and globalization for pharmaceutical and biotech companies across Asia
- supporting biotech companies as they define clinical development strategies and manage asset teams to drive global clinical development programs
- leading transformation programs with life sciences companies to enhance financial performance, operational efficiency, and organizational culture
- supporting cross-border integration management for biopharma businesses between Asia and North America
