Kent leads McKinsey’s digital product management work, helping organizations transform both what they deliver and the way they deliver technology. Kent brings over 15 years of experience from across industries, focusing in particular on the life sciences and financial services industries. In addition to his client work, Kent leads McKinsey’s Product Management Guild.

- Led the design and implementation of a product operating model at scale for a global life sciences company, delivering $1 billion in investment
- Helped a pharma company transform its global operating model, leading to a 25 percent improvement in productivity across 5,000 people and all aspects of the technology portfolio
- Led the upskilling of 200+ product managers at a major financial institution to create a “culture of product,” driving a step change in impact across the full product portfolio
- Led the Digital transformation for a consumer company, taking the team from nascent maturity in digital to leading, including the launch of new digital products to market and building a full digital talent bench
- Helped a large financial institution transform from a project delivery organization to an end-to-end product operating model, covering all core processes including mobilizations, delivery governance, HR, risk, compliance, and funding, while delivering 20 percent growth
