- leading a major simplification and productivity program for a large Asia-Pacific bank with a focus on portfolio rationalization, business unit growth, technology simplification, and spend optimization, as well as agile ways of working and capability building
- leading a significant restructuring initiative for a consumer electronics company in China, optimizing manufacturing, R&D, procurement, supply chain, and core technology
- leading a holistic transformation for a global consumer company, including cash management, business building, technology, innovation, and go-to-market strategies
- advising dozens of clients in Asia, particularly in China and Australia, on navigating the energy transition through net-zero strategies, green business building, and decarbonization
Before joining McKinsey, Laurent worked for Goldman Sachs in London and Suez Environment in Mexico. He has previously worked in McKinsey’s Boston, Brussels, Johannesburg, and Shanghai offices; he is fluent in French, English, and Spanish, and conversational in Dutch and Mandarin. Outside of work, Laurent enjoys playing with his children, traveling with his wife and family to remote places, and spending time on the water.
