Marc is a partner in the Paris office where he manages the risk management activity within the Financial Services Practice. He works mainly with banks, insurers, and asset managers in France and worldwide. An expert in risk management, compliance, and financial steering, he deploys innovative approaches to his clients using advanced analytics.

Marc’s areas of expertise include regulatory remediation, governance, organization, and enhancing the performance of the risk function, helping prevent financial crimes and improving solvency. He also has in-depth experience in providing strategic support and optimizing the operational and financial performance of leading companies in the sector.

Marc joined McKinsey in 2008 after an experience in M&A at a leading global financial services firm in Paris. He is a graduate of HEC Paris and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
