Megha is a leader of McKinsey’s retail banking advanced analytics work. Her expertise lies in retail banking, advanced analytics, and digital banking.
Through her work in advanced analytics (AA), she has led an end-to-end Retention 2.0 transformation at a Scandinavian retail bank. This project involved modelling, setting up a save desk, and creating ongoing governance and reporting structures. She led the AA, data-transformation strategy, and capability road map for a large Western European bank, and led an AA strategy and pricing excellence implementation, leveraging 360 degrees of customer data and deep AA-driven elasticity/preference insights for a European bank.
In the digital space, she led the design of a CRM/customer touch-point and digital-marketing agenda for a leading UK lender. She developed the full blueprint for a digital attacker strategy—providing loans, saving accounts, and credit cards to customers and SMEs—for one of Israel’s leading banks. She also led the digital cultural transformation of one of the United Kingdom’s largest banks, including defining the organisational structure, identifying the talent required, and shaping the training programme to bring about the cultural shift.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Megha worked for 6 years for Capital One in the United Kingdom and Canada. She recently rejoined McKinsey after working for Travelex as director of digital transformation and analytics.
