Michelle supports McKinsey’s global managing partner in helping to shape firm-wide priorities and driving implementation of strategic initiatives, such as McKinsey’s 10 actions toward racial equity.
In her previous role as global leader, alumni strategy and engagement, Michelle drove innovation related to McKinsey’s more than 40,000 alumni. She joined McKinsey in 2000 and was a consultant for nearly a decade, working closely with CEOs and senior executives of Fortune 500 companies in the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare sectors on strategy and organization with a focus on firm functions.
