- Led the overall program management for a global medical device manufacturer, orchestrating among 20 distinct teams to build a detailed enterprise redesign and implement initiatives through to impact
- Supported the development of and detailed M&A strategy for a global professional services firm
- Helped a leading US healthcare company undergo general and administrative transformation, including organizational design, talent selection, and total rewards strategy as part of a $50+ billion integration
- Led the simultaneous integration and transformation of six high growth services companies, including redesign of the new organization, a detailed plan for improving company culture, and capturing synergies above the deal model forecast
- Worked with a global professional services firm to develop and execute a growth transformation
- Helped a global pharmacy company’s strategic planning effort to divest a major business unit, designing the plan for its general and administrative functions at each of the resulting companies
- Supported the integration of three pharmaceutical contract research organizations in a cross-border transaction to improve access to the US market via existing commercial infrastructure, sales, and talent
Prior to joining McKinsey, Patrick was an officer in the United States Navy, serving abroad in the Middle East and Latin America.
