As a senior leader and chartered engineer with over a decade of broad experience in industrial and manufacturing businesses, Simon has deep automotive industry expertise on disruptive trends and their impact on strategy, operations, and sales functions. He also serves companies on operations and manufacturing topics across the industrials sector.

Simon has broad experience leading large-scale performance turnarounds and transformations in multinational industrial and automotive companies. For example, he recently rebuilt strategic plans in the face of unprecedented industry disruption at a leading automotive OEM, then delivered commercial, operational, financial, and capability building initiatives to stabilize and then grow EBITDA by five times in three years.

Simon is passionate about automotive disruption topics and the opportunities they present for growth, he is also a keen supporter of the UK industry. He started his career on the shop floor at Rolls-Royce in the early 2000s.
