Some examples of Sumit’s recent client work include helping a bank build new micro, small, and medium enterprise business; partnering with a Thai bank to design an international expansion strategy; and supporting a leading insurer on distribution transformation.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Sumit worked at a graphic-processing-unit development company in computer chip design.
