Over 20 years, Takuya has served leading companies across a wide range of industries including retail, semiconductors, healthcare, industrials and electronics, and public sector on developing and implementing IT strategies. He has deep insight and experience in transformation of functional issues related to IT infrastructure, such as cloud migration as a foundation for digitization, enterprise architecture implementation, service management optimization, governance transformation for IT organizations, and cyber security measures.
Currently, he serves as one of the leaders of McKinsey Digital and supports company-wide digital transformations of client companies.
