Yolanda joined McKinsey as an analyst in 2008 and is currently based in the Madrid office.

Yolanda is a leader within the firm’s work in the banking and insurance sectors in Iberia and specializes in digital. In this sense, she has created new opportunities for impact for some of the most relevant banks and insurers globally, covering core strategic and transformational themes such as digital strategy, digital marketing, client journey transformation, ecosystem building, agile, and innovation. Yolanda also has deep experience in the definition and execution of large-scale transformation programs, leading our clients through program deployment and building internal client capabilities to become self-standing and sustain impact in the long-term.

Yolanda graduated undergrad with a double degree in law and direction, and business administration from Comillas Pontifical University and earned her MBA with honors from Columbia Business School. She is native in Spanish, proficient in English, and fluent in French and Portuguese.

Yolanda is married and has a son. She is passionate about traveling, cooking, restaurants, music, and sports.
