Yoshihiro is a partner in McKinsey’s Tokyo office and the leader of the firm’s digital transformation work in Japan, mainly serving manufacturing and logistics companies. He also leads McKinsey’s manufacturing and supply-chain efforts in Japan and has extensive knowledge in the automotive-and-assembly, advanced-electronics, and logistics industries.
Yoshihiro is passionate about supporting the revitalization and digitalization of Japanese enterprises.
