Carlos has an economics degree from the Universidad del Pacífico and an MBA from Columbia Business School; he also attended postgraduate courses at Harvard and Wharton. Additionally, he is a part-time professor in the tech MBA program at UTEC and member of the Patronato del Museo de Arte de Lima
