Tomasz Marciniak is a partner in the Polish Office of McKinsey & Company, which he joined in 2008. He supports clients in defining new strategies, comprehensive transformation and restructuring programs as well as mergers and acquisitions. In his current role, he developed the Digital McKinsey area in Poland, focusing on advanced data analysis and building digital and agile organizations. He has also co-authored a number of reports on the economy and digitization in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, including “Poland 2030”, “Digital Challengers in the next normal”, “Shoulder to shoulder with robots”, or “AI Revolution”.
Tomasz, for over 13 years has gained profession experience supporting clients in over 20 countries in Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and the Middle East. He has worked with leading companies from the energy, technology, finance, and public and private equity sectors. He is involved in many initiatives supporting diversity and inclusion, including strengthening the role of women in McKinsey in Central and Eastern Europe. He graduated from the Economic and Social Department at the University of Łódź. He has completed economy and finance programs at the London School of Economics, Pompeu Fabry University in Barcelona, and FMU University Center in São Paulo.
Marcin Purta steps down from his position as the managing partner at the McKinsey Warsaw Office as of the end of his term of office. He will continue his work as a Partner and focus on managing client projects.
