The first step to joining McKinsey Sweden—Gothenburg or Stockholm— whether you are a student or an experienced professional, is to prepare your application, which should include the following:

• CV detailing your academic performance, previous jobs and internships, professional experience, and extracurricular activities (sports and associations) and hobbies—highlighting our dimensions
• your language-fluency level in English and Swedish (and any other language you know)
• your university and high school transcripts
• a cover letter explaining your interest in consulting, and in McKinsey in particular; if you are not located in Sweden, please note why you wish to relocate

Are you an experienced professional with more than one year of work experience since graduation? Please apply here, to a position at our Gothenburg or Stockholm office. You are welcome to apply all year around, and we will process your application on an ongoing basis.

Are you on campus or have graduated within the past year? Please apply to a Junior Associate position at our Gothenburg or Stockholm office here. We have five application-intake windows during the year. If none of the proposed timelines work for you, please contact us; we can offer some flexibility.
