Horace joined McKinsey as a partner in the Detroit office in 2023, bringing deep expertise in Fortune 500, mid-cap, and start-up management successes and cross-industry experience in chemicals, utilities, industrial, automotive, energy, and hospitality.

Some of his most recent client work includes the following:

  • supporting new business builds to identify and drive new sources of revenue and expand Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT) within established enterprises
  • refreshing organizational strategy focused on the definition of targeted expansion within a specific geography
  • developing and prototyping new product experiences for an original equipment manufacturer (OEM)

Before joining McKinsey, Horace was a managing director with Accenture, where he focused on large-scale technology transformations, including systems integration, technology and infrastructure consulting, infrastructure and application managed services, and IT strategy.

Horace is committed to lifelong learning, as well as mentoring and coaching. He has served in various executive leadership sponsorship roles for programs focused on identification, recruitment, retainment, and development of diverse leadership populations.
