Julia is a partner in McKinsey’s Boston office, working across the value chain in the medical devices and life sciences sectors. She focuses on driving commercial transformations as well as broader outreach to physicians, patients, and other healthcare stakeholders.

  • helping redesign the pricing function for a medical device company, including organizational setup, designing and launching new pricing tools, and processes with associated change management
