Our Sophomore Summer Business Analyst (SSBA) program is a program with a focus on exposing members of historically underrepresented groups to the management consulting profession.

Our Women’s community as well as our Black, Indigenous, Hispanic and Latino networks are excited to connect with the leaders of tomorrow.

Mentorship program geared towards individuals whose backgrounds may be underrepresented in leadership roles across various regions. Winners receive a monetary sponsorship to support academic or professional development

Diversity Connect supports the professional interests and growth of students who are pursuing a PhD, postdoc, MD and/or JD degree, who are excited about a career in consulting and have an interest in our Black, Hispanic and Latino, and/or Indigenous networks.

Diversity Connect – Europe is for individuals based in Europe who self-identify as having an African, Asian, Caribbean, Latin American, Middle Eastern, North African, Turkish or mixed heritage and are pursuing an undergraduate or advanced degree or are a professional with fewer than eight years of work experience

A program for MBA students in the United States who want to explore a career in consulting and are interested in connecting with members of the Black, Hispanic and Latino and/or Indigenous Networks at McKinsey.
