Coleads McKinsey’s growth strategy work and has broad experience advising companies looking for strategic growth opportunities. Working primarily with healthcare, industrial, and technology clients, she supports executives to define and execute the growth roadmap and build the organizational capabilities to enable success. Where inorganic growth is relevant, she helps evaluate a full range of partnership, joint venture, acquisition, and divestiture opportunities. Once a course is set, she guides both planning and execution, ensuring that efforts achieve their goals and create value.
