Stine leads McKinsey’s Organization Practice in the Nordics, the retail and consumer agile-related work in Europe and the diversity work in Norway.
She works with leading companies across Europe, focusing on consumer-facing industries such as retail and consumer packaged goods.
Stine is passionate about helping clients design and navigate through large transformations, such as improvement programs, operating-model redesign and implementation of agile.
Examples of her recent client work include the following:
- designing and helping implement large-scale transformations to drive performance, accelerate growth, and improve productivity for multiple consumer-facing companies
- supporting multiple clients across the globe on agile transformations, covering business and technology throughout the entire organization; touching strategy, structure, processes, people, and technology elements of the operating model
- redesigning organizations and operating models to support end-to-end transformations for multiple industrial clients
