Aleksey is a partner in McKinsey’s Kazakhstan office and a member of our Operations Practice and global energy and materials sector. He also leads projects for basic materials and transport companies in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He has honed his experience in operational performance improvement, supply chain excellence, capital projects and infrastructure development, transformation management, and innovation.
Aleksey joined McKinsey in 2009 and has guided clients in the forest and paper products, basic materials, and transportation sectors. He focuses on holistic business transformation, operational performance improvement, and the development of procurement functions and holistic company-management systems.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Aleksey worked for a decade in various marketing and sales positions.
