David is a partner in McKinsey’s Chicago office and a leader in the consumer sector. He has extensive experience working with retail and consumer packaged goods clients to unlock step changes in outcomes—from strategy through to implementation. He serves as a leader of our Consumer People & Organizational Performance Practice, publishing on the future of enterprise, the rewired organization, and frontline talent.

- leading the operating-model transformation of a global retailer, including establishing new structures, ways of working, and accountabilities

David lives in Chicago with his wife and three boys. He is a graduate of Harvard University and University of Michigan. He taught high school math in Detroit before joining McKinsey.
