He primarily serves food and non-food retailers, wholesalers, consumer-packaged-goods companies, home-appliances companies and companies in the food and beverage sector. Dayan’s core expertise is designing and leading end-to-end operation transformations and advising on best practices in supply chain management. Additionally, Dayan leads McKinsey’s proprietary operation-benchmarking solution in retail and consumer-packaged goods (CPG) for rapid performance improvement assessments.
