Eefke brings over 13 years of experience to bear in helping clients in telecommunications and related industries with corporate and portfolio strategy, commercial topics, and large-scale transformations gain market share and enhance profitability. She has served clients across more than 20 countries in Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
She has successfully supported the commercial streams of multiple telecommunications transformations, including the following:

- Multiyear commercial support to a successful third telecom entrant on its journey to become a strong number two company
- A group-wide transformation of a large telecom group
Eefke currently leads recruiting for McKinsey in the Middle East, spearheading initiatives to increase gender diversity. She previously worked in McKinsey’s Addis Ababa office in Ethiopia, and the Oslo office in Norway.
Prior to joining the firm, Eefke served as strategy director for the digital services unit at global telecom company, Telenor Group.
