Eric is a partner in McKinsey’s Atlanta office serving distribution and industrial companies across a range of growth topics. Eric has deep expertise in tech-enabled pricing and sales transformations and leads McKinsey’s Growth Tech on Salesforce offering in North America. Eric has extensive experience across a range of commercial topics, including sales performance management, growth analytics, CRM improvement, sales coverage, pricing analytics and performance management, pricing tools, and commercial capability building. He has also led multiple diligences and integrations in the industrials space.

Examples of Eric’s recent work include:

  • leading a tech-enabled transformation for a building materials distributor, embedding advanced analytics to identify new customers, drive cross-selling, and uncover margin improvement opportunities
  • executing a full-scale performance transformation for a food distributor, optimizing sales growth, pricing, procurement, supply chain, and operations
  • developing transactional pricing and seller performance management infrastructure for a US-based distributor
  • creating sales and pricing playbooks for private equity companies to implement across portfolio companies
  • driving pricing transformation for a leading packaging distributor, enhancing near-term profitability and redesigning pricing logic, processes, and tools
  • managing an M&A integration for a leading building materials distributor

Outside the office, Eric is passionate about aviation, fishing, and working with Atlanta-area nonprofits that focus on equity and social mobility.
