Francesco is a partner based in the Middle East and a member of McKinsey’s Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Private Capital practices, as well as our family businesses and business-building units.

Since moving to Dubai in 2013, Francesco has collaborated closely with several of the region’s largest family groups on 'top of the house' strategy and governance, value creation for portfolio companies, and building and scaling new businesses. He also serves funds and retail and consumer goods groups, both local and global.

Francesco is part of the global leadership team of McKinsey’s family businesses unit. He has published our flagship research on the topic and helped launch our business-building unit in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Francesco is passionate about early stage investing, skiing, scuba diving, and his Italian and Palestinian-Lebanese family (and food).
