Gabriel is driven by transforming peoples’ lives through technology, education, and entertainment. He currently leads McKinsey’s Latin American Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice, leveraging an experience that ranges from operator corporate restructuring to electronics competitive strategies and unique product launches.
He is passionate about influencing the structural shifts in value pools within the industry and understanding how his clients can create value while navigating them. He believes that education and access to technology are key to unleashing growth in Latin America.
Some of his recent client work includes the following:
- leading operators through large transformation programs, capturing over $2 billion in recurring value
- supporting media clients on defining their strategies for matching evolving customer demands
- supporting investors, disruptors, and tech players on understanding Latin America and navigating its complex environment for successful investments, launches, and defensive moves
Prior to McKinsey, Gabriel led the PMO for a leading digital infrastructure developer in Brazil.
