Luca is a partner in McKinsey’s Dubai office who focuses on tech and digital infrastructure. He has extensive experience working with private players and public entities across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and Africa.
Luca currently leads our cloud infrastructure and data center work for the Middle East and Africa, where he has successfully overseen initiatives such as the formation of joint ventures for hyperscale colocation data centers and the strategic definition of hyperscale attraction strategies for countries.
His projects have included leading the technology and strategy requirements for large-scale tech and digital infrastructure projects, such as AI-native, GPU-powered hyperscale grade data centers and defining tech and digital strategies on behalf of public and private sector players.
He has also spearheaded the corporate strategy and operating model redesign for leading operators and conglomerates in the Middle East and North Africa, enhancing their market positioning and operational efficiencies.
