Nuno is a partner in the Lisbon office and one of the leaders of Digital in Iberia, being part of the European leadership of Digital Banking, Digital Sales Growth, Housing, Insurance, and Marketplace/ecommerce.
Since joining the firm in 2014, he has helped B2C clients in multiple industries (media, sports, retail, telecommunications, energy, banking, insurance) and geographies (Portugal, Spain, Northern and Central Europe, South America, Africa and Asia).
He has developed his work in digital transformations, working "side by side" with teams and client leadership, directly affecting the P&L and never losing focus on training / changing the culture of people and the way teams work, achieving growth of up to 300%, an increase in market share of more than 25%, an improvement in the customer experience of around 50%, a reduction in time-to-market of more than 50% or a reduction in costs of up to 50%.
Nuno has dedicated himself to Agile issues (having developed new methodologies and frameworks), optimizing operating models and IT governance, reducing time-to-market, redesigning and improving the customer experience, transforming products and growing sales in digital channels with the creation of specialized remote teams and launching the growth of marketplaces.
Before joining McKinsey, Nuno worked for more than six years in telecommunications, leading various teams in areas such as strategic projects, financial control, operations and logistics, process reengineering, team turnaround, partnership management, technological certification of equipment and design / negotiation support / implementation of various IT solutions.
